Private Equipment Sessions
Your Private Equipment sessions will incorporate the Reformer, Tower, Wunda Chair, Spine Corrector and some miscellaneous pieces all invented by Joseph Pilates. Your session will be tailored to meet your goals. One on one sessions are ideal for those with: injuries, recovering from a surgery, chronic pain, or health problems. Private sessions are a great way to build confidence before moving into a class setting.

Group Classes NEW for 2020 - Mat and Equipment Combo Classes
Group Mat/Equipment Combo classes will follow the Classical order as we progress through the levels. Mat is the backbone of the Pilates method. We offer Beginner, Intermediate and Open Level classes. Modifications are always offered. Group classes will be kept small (3-4 people) to guarantee personal attention. Group classes are great for those on a budget or people who like a little camaraderie with their Pilates!
Classes are 50 minutes. Book yours today! The Studio is open Tuesday-Saturday with several class options to choose from.

Beginner or Intermediate?
Have you been meaning to try Pilates? No time like the present! Mat is the foundation of the Pilates method. We will start with fundamental exercises and build a solid foundation. Our focus will be on strengthening the core and learning to use breath to move effortlessly through the movements.
You'll quickly learn exercises such as: Hundred (we can learn to love it together), single leg circle, rolling like a ball (I dare you not to smile doing this one), swan, teaser, swimming and many more. You won't believe your progress! Both Beginner and Intermediate will follow the classical repertoire. Modifications will be offered.
Come away feeling energized because you deserve a little 'you' time!
Open Level Mat/Props on the Mat
All levels welcome! Maybe you have done Pilates before and you're looking to take your practice to the next level? Now is the time! Modifications are offered so that you are in charge of your own practice in this open level class.
We will focus on the breath and strengthening your core. The class will follow the classical order including such exercises as Hundred (we can learn to love it together), single leg circle, rolling like a ball (I dare you not to smile doing this one), spine stretch, swan, jackknife, teaser, swimming, seal and many more.
Props will introduce the Magic Circle and Foam Roller.
